I arrived 20 minutes before my reservation time and Justin wrote me up right away. The smog check was finished within 20 minutes. I went home and got my other car. Justin wrote it up as soon as I returned and I was out of there by 9:30 am. Originally, I was scheduled for one car at 9:00 am and the second car at 10:00 am. Justin and the gentleman who checked the car out were very nice and very professional. Thanks guys. I also had good experiences at your Pacific Grove location. Jim Hayes made all the arrangements for me to have oil changes on both my wife's and my car and to get smog tests on both cars. Kevin was very helpful in seeing that the oil changes were done in a minimum amount of time and was willing to take the time to answer any questions that I asked. Thank you Jim, Kevin, Justin and all the pros who worked on my cars. I will be back for future preventive maintenance.
