My car had issue with a number of sensors which caused a failure of the smog test for registration. The crew at Pacific Motor Service was able to make the repairs necessary to pass smog.

I came in with a little problem (and I wanted an oil change) and they were able to fix it up quickly and at a reasonable price. The thing that really gets me is that the customer service is fantastic -- this is where I will bring any car I ever own.

We take both of our cars, a BMW and Audi to Pacific Motors and appreciate the great service provided by Beau and the service crew. We are given an estimate of costs and know that any maintenance that is needed immediately is taken care of and are advised about upcoming maintenance that will be required. Often we can bring the car in and it's ready in a couple of hours!

Called after hours, asked for an appt on Thursday & gave Beau the wife's cell# to schedule. Day of appt, wife worried about cost so I e-mailed Beau and as usual great communication, work done on time & on budget. Could't be happy.
