I can always count on Pacific Motors for providing not only great care to my vehicles, they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule.Yesterday, I showed up in the early afternoon hoping they would squeeze me in for some maintenance as I had a tight week ahead of me in terms of time. Beau got me in, and he made sure my car was given the care it needed to keep it well maintained. I never have to worry about what my car needs to keep me on the road. Beau and Pacific motors do that for me.

Only problem was apparent late call that car was ready.

Service at Pacific Motors is consistently excellent. My concerns are never treated as trivial or unimportant. Clear information is given in a manner that is respectful and kind.Once again, I am a happy customer and my vehicle is driving better than ever!

The service on my car was quick and well done. Even provided a rental car when my car needed some additional repairs that they couldn't complete the same day.However, you can definitely get the parts cheaper elsewhere. Unless you need immediate repairs, I suggest shopping around for the parts.

Service Manager very helpful. Fully explained details of services and prices. Very nice lobby area. Professional techs in uniforms and work bays very clean. Offered transportation assistance if needed. Car returned washed and vacuumed clean! If your looking for a good shop to take your car to, this would be the place!

Although this problem was difficult to diagnose, I thought you guys did an excellent job of getting us as far as you could. I problem (for now) seems to be resolved.

There was a bit of initial confusion regarding what my car needed versus what I wanted to have done. After some false starts on the scope of services, it all ended well and there were no final problems. One thing which emerged was that I was initially scheduled to replace a drive belt, which PAcific Motor had replaced only 18 months earlier. When your computer software gets updated, you might try to include a program that cross checks earlier work performed.
