My 2006 Subaru Legacy GT needed new brakes and more. Now it's running as well or better than the day I bought it almost six years ago! Excellent attention to detail. They also cleaned the car inside and out, making it look new too! Many thanks to Kevin, Victor, and the rest of the team. Great job!

I HAVE BEEN HAVING PACIFIC MOTOR SERVICE WORK ON MY CARS FOR A FEW YEARS AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! I'M A LOW TO MODERATE INCOME WOMAN AND EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY COST A BIT MORE, IT HAS BEEN WORTH IT TO ME BY FAR. NO STRESS AS THE WORK IS DONE PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE HAD ON THE PENINSULA. I KNOW I CAN TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO BE FAIR, HONEST AND HIGHLY SKILLED. THEY STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE LIKE NO OTHER REPAIR SHOP I'VE WORKED WITH. DON'T BOTHER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE.

Pacific Motors did an excellent job in fitting us in for an oil change. They made sure to check all other functions with the car and told us of upcoming services needed on the car as well as providing us with an estimate of parts and labor for future planning. Thank you for the great service!

The Pacific Motor Service serving Monterey provided excellent service. Beau was very informative, and the staff did a superb job on the front brakes. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle free of charge (and it really needed it). I highly recommend this auto service.
