I must say that my friend highly recommendedPacific Motor with my car trouble. I must say that Beau knows all about providing quality service with such professionalism and a great attitude. Their shuttle service is great and Beau will call you when your car is finished and/or if there's another finding on your car.I like the fact that Beau explains everything regarding your car troubles and the billing statement.

Dropped my car off at the end of the day as it started acting up. I received a call back within 30 minutes to tell me what was wrong. I had the car back before lunch the next morning! AWESOME!!

Professional, thorough, courteous, reasonably priced and I've come to expect nothing less from Pacific Motors. I also like that they can wash, wax and detail my car while it is in for service. Additionally, since there is no VW dealer on the Monterey Peninsula, I appreciate getting my warranty work done locally rather than in Salinas or San Jose where I have to kill most of the day traveling and waiting around.

Had no idea what to do with truck that had been sitting in driveway for 1 year+...called Pacific motors and Bo provided great options including reputable towing company...got truck there and Bo and Pacific motors team followed through in great fashion...they provided great interim reports, always asked what i wanted and provided pros and cons of choosing one option over another. great service, great experience, highly recommend.

It was a great experience. My first smog check did not make it to DMV, so they did another one right away and I went to AAA to re-register 15 minutes later.

The Audi's running great, but should I be concerned that the brake light's popped on again, Bo?
