Went in to Pacific Motors for an oil change and smog check. They discovered that the car needed some major repair. It was a great shock when I heard the totall amount, but Beau made the experience as painless as he could by thoroughly explaining each charge for labor and parts. He provided a rental car for my use,and when I returned the car, he offered to return it to the rental agency. He really took time and patience which I really needed. Many thanks.

Pacific Motors replaced four tires on my vehicle and aligned all wheels. They discussed the choice of tire and procured the type I wanted at a competitive price. The work was done in a few hours and everything is satisfactory.

Great job! Also appreciate rescheduling the work when requested. Beau also accommodated a last minute request for a check of my brake fluid condition.The shop is very well maintained, the staff very professional, and I like the waiting area from which I can watch work being done on my car.

Yes our waiting room is one of a kind. We want people to be able to see there vehicle if they want to.Also have magazines,coffee and tv for your convenience.Thanks for the review Jim. Service Manager,Beau Blackwell

Yet again, my Jeep and I received great service at Pac Motor Service in Monterey. I easily scheduled and confirmed my routine service appointment online. I dropped my car and key off in the box, headed to work and received a call that afternoon letting me know that my car was in great shape and ready to be picked up. At which point I remembered I needed a smog check- they were happy to help me and indicated it would only take 20 minutes. I picked up my car after they closed (b/c I work in Salinas) and paid for the service the next day. It was that easy!

We defininetly want to try and make each visit to our shop as easy and convenient as possible. As we know car repairs are not always fun financially but your vehicle continues to need only minor maintenance and not repairs which we all like. Service Manager,Beau Blackwell
