I can't even begin to explain how far beyond satisfied I am with their level of service and professionalism. Without a doubt, they are now the only automotive service shop that I will ever use, unless I move from here. I have already referred several friends. If they had a tip jar ... you would feel compelled to tip at least 20%! Seriously. Don't take my word for it. Use them for something simple and experience their, well deserved, 5-Star experience. Arhh!!! I can't express enough just how amazed I am with Pacific Motors.

Not only was the service on my old wagon prompt and well done, but Justin took extra care with an elderly woman ahead of me. She had a volume of questions about her car and the paperwork that should be filed vs. stored in the car. He patiently answered her questions and reassured her until she was ready to go. He didn't rush her or make her feel inadequate for asking. He even helped her when some of her items fell to the ground. Justin was an absolute gentleman toward her. Well done, Justin. Thanks again.

My alternator broke and they did a good quick job replacing it. It was a bit pricey but for quality if work it's worth it I'm only giving it a 4.5 star because its a bit pricey,but for the price it was worth it for its great quality and service.
