Came highly recommended from my (then) current mechanic who was swamped with work. Very fast, efficient, thorough. A bit on the pricey side, but I feel I got treated very well.

The guys at Pacific Motor are on top of their game! They were able to get my vehicle smog check completed almost 30 minutes before my actual appointment time. This was helpful because it saved me from having to leave my truck and arrange a ride while the service was being performed. I will recommend this outfit to anybody who needs automotive service.

A hose on my AC was leaking and needed to be replaced. The part was ordered but delayed due to mechanical issues with the delivery truck. Beau was great about keepping me updated as to the status. He offered to get me a rental car to use during the delay. Great service....AGAIN!

I am new to the area and it is always a scary thing as a young woman taking your car to get serviced. I initiallly called for detailing. I spoke to Kevin (who I later found out was the owner) he was so helpful and polite and asked if I needed any service in addition to the cleaning. The day I dropped my car off Beau was so pleasant, asking how my day was, what I do for work, taking time to explain what he was doing, when the shuttle driver would be there, offering me water. The shuttle driver Michael was also extremely nice, and funny, it was an enjoyable ride. When they called to go over what my car needed, they went over each item and why I needed it and the cost. When I said I needed to call a friend to ask if I really needed all these things Beau said that was fine and that they encourage people to do that. I found out that the prices were extremely fair, especially for original parts and labor. When I picked up my car, again Beau was extremely friendly asking how my day was, about the place where I work and went over what they did line by line. Also - the car looked incredible, the detailing job was phenomenal and my car runs great, my brakes are so smooth. Great place - will definitley recommend to everyone I know.

I have used Pacific Motor Service for regular service on two automobiles for over a year. They are consistently friendly and responsive. I trust their recommendations and feel they have my best interests in mind. I took my cars to another local shop but discovered they would not tell me when they could not solve repair problems.
