Staff was very friendly and helpful! They were very willing to take my car in "last minute" and worked very efficiently. I have always had great service at Pacific Motors and feel confident that my car is being treated with care and high quality service.

I came here while visiting Monterey with visiting friends. My Golf broke down and luckily PMS was close by. The service was fantastic and the people very friendly and helpful. They drove to the water where we goof off and ate while the car was being worked on. They picked up later that afternoon and the car was cleaned and fully repaired. I think PMS does great work. I have to say it seems expensive but in the situation I was glad they were open and helpful. The work cost about $660 but I guess when you are out of town it is nice to work with a company you can trust even if it seems a bit more cost. Thanks PMS.

Kevin and his crew have always been HONEST & HELPFUL and have worked with us when it comes to repairing our automobiles. Kevin has integrity and takes pride in his company and the work that they do. We have never had any problems,we refer all of our friends/family to them for the big issues and the small tiny repairs too. At Pacific Motors I know that what I am paying for is what I am really getting!

I just had a fabulous experience with Pacific Motors! After being quoted sn outrageous price for my 30,000 mile maintabce for my 2010 Mustang by Fird, I called Pacific Motors where the personal interaction was not only immediate, professional and friendly, but the price for the identical service was substantially less. There was a courtesy shuttle that allowed me to continue with my day, and the service was completed in less time than I expected. I have my car back and she's performing great! If I could give them six stars, I would!
