When i was told i needed new front and rear brakes I couldn't believe it. Did I really need new brakes when I had just finished paying off other recent repairs? Are they trying to take advantage of me? The answer was no, I needed new brakes, I feel much safer now that they have been replaced and, it wasn't as much as my initial quote. Trust them, they know!

All staff were very friendly, patient, and accommodating. Darrin was great and worked late to help me find a part I could afford then gave me a discount on my final bill. The driver was also very friendly. when the part finally arrived after several days, the mechanics immediately fixed my car so I wouldn't have to be without it on the holiday. You guys are great! Thanks for everything.

The staff gave the car a good once over and revealed areas that needed to be addressed and, given my confidence in and comfort with the communications and discussion, I will set appointments over the next 2 or 3 months to upgrade hoses, belts, automatic steering fluid, and eventually tire replacement. Wiull begin with belt replacement within a week or two. Thanks for your time and energy.

First visit to Pacific Motor Service was excellent. I was able to get an appointment right away. The gentleman that handled everything was very great! very personable, and friendly. The best part was they cleaned my car inside and out! It made my day! Thanks for the great service.
