I had to replace the shocks and Beau seemed to be quite competant and friendly. This auto repair place appears to be a good place to go though it is probably more expensive. I will not hesitate to take my cars there again.

My car turned out to have more problems than just the initial one for which I'd brought it in, and I ended up spending far more than I'd anticipated. It was an ordeal, to be sure, but Beau and the rest of your staff were very professional and committed through the whole process and they were able to detect all the problems that needed repair. We have a 00 ford taurus that has been some bit of trouble over the last few weeks and brought it into a generic auto shop to find out that the fluid was leaking from amonous places that would cost about 1000 dollars to repair, We thought we should get a second opinion, we took it to pacific motor service and found that to get the car working great that it would only cost half that amount and be treated with respect while fitting into our budget.
