I called and asked if I could come up for an oil change, It was met with "sure when would you like to come in?" Of course I wait till the last minute and say "today" the response was sure no problem bring it right in. It was GREAT!! The owner was very, very nice and the car was ready when it was promised. As always I was trusting the check up Pacific Motors' mechanic performed in order to determine why our van had stalled .Thank God it was nothing major !But replacing the battery was recommendedon order for us to be spared future incidents like the one we had just experienced.It was a bit traumatic due to the storm that raged that night !

Kevin has a superb operation! He makes you feel as if you're his only customer, and you're a VIP as well! He is thorough, clear, personable, and a man of integrity. The rates are exceedingly reasonable, especially considering all the above-and-beyond TLC! My car is purring along happily now, and will return whenever we need service. This small Mom-&-Pop company uses state-of-the-art electronic diagnostics, yet has a mechanic's intuition and touch. We trust the service here, so we bring in the kids' cars and the parents' too; if our dogs had cars, we'd bring them here, also (their cars, that is!). The feeling is the warmth of a small town yet high-class professionals.
