Anyone knows that you feel at the mercy of any mechanic....not so at Pacific Motors! Thanks, your service is great, as always. I was able to get my car fixed on relatively short notice and it runs great again. Bo (Beau?) at the front desk was friendly and helpful and explained very thoroughly the work needed and the cost involved, plus other options. Your shuttle service is so handy and saved me the hassle of trying to find a ride to work! Michael drove the van and was also helpful and friendly. Your staff obviously enjoy working for you and it shows in their professionalism and positive attitudes. I've been bringing my vehicles to you for many years and I recommend you to people all the time!

I have been with Pacific Motors for many years now.This time around I needed a regular maintenace check.I was promptly attended to by Beau who explained to me exactly what needed to be done and he also gave me a cost estimate.Later in the day I received a call that a tune-up was recommended and as I trusted the advice I asked to go ahead with it.I was given rides both home and back to the shop which was convenient and very much appreciated.I have recommended Pacific Motors to many of my friends through the years.I have always been more than satified with the service,the courtesy extended to me and the quality of the work.

Great timely service. I went in for a 90k check-up and was able to get an appointment easily, and everything was finished in one day.

Kevin and crew balanced & mounted 4 new tires on my Honda. They also did a Service Package A which includes an oil & filter change and 36 point inspection. The work they performed was professional,thorough, and impressive. This was my first visit to Pacific Motor Service and I will definitely return.

For once I wasn't given a full quote as to total costs of the fixes so I was pretty surprised to receive a bill for $1500! Fixing a door should never cost that much (I also had a minor service and engine repair so it wasn't all the door fix). I always enjoy the great service and friendly staff though!

Were glad you love our service and sorry that you think were expensive. I think as you will find out if you price shop us that were not expensive and that your BMW can be expensive. Thanks for your review Lorin.Note: here are always online coupons.:)
