Customer service at Pacific Motor is on par with the better Mini/BMW dealership service depts. I was kept well informed about problems that were found as well as the time needed to fix them. The repairs ended up taking a few days - the complimentary rental car was much appreciated!

I was treated courteously and the service was done in a professional manner. Kevin was really great at explaining everything and for a gal who is somewhat car-repair challenged, it was very helpful. I was also pleased to hear they work on Jeeps and we are planning to take my husband's car there as well.
