Pacific Motor works does a great job. I like the work of their shuttle driver also.

Excellent service. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly as well as all of the technicians. I didnt have an appointment and they were able to have me in and out in about two hours at the most. Very clean and welcoming business. Excellent work and costumer service. I am a college student originally from the central valley. This was my first time at their shop and I after my visit I wont go to anyone else in Monterey except for Pacific Motor service. Price was a little high but reasonable for Monterey too for the work done.

Needed to get my brake fluid flushed so brought my car into the shop in the morning. They were done working on it by 10:30 and was able get my car back before lunch. I was given a ride to and from work to pick up my car, and they had a complimentary safety inspection of my car.

Pac Motor Services provided me with expert advice, new tires (with their great warranty) an oil change and a plan for how to keep my Jeep running like a champ. Thank you! They also let me make payments- thank you thank you!

The job was done well. Only minus was I left the car at 9AM, and could not pick up till 5:15 PM. Had to call twicw to check as I was told I would hear by 1 PM.

Very pleasant customer service from Beau, and quick belt replacement and oil change work done. I had lost my gift card for Pacific Motor Service, but was given the discount anyways. Really nice!
