Despite having unexpected repairs performed at Pacific Motor Service - the service was exceptional. Bo, the manager, was forthcoming with information to help me make informed decisions if certain repairs were necessary or not. Since being at their shop, my vehicle is running smooth and cool thanks to their expertise.

Warm welcome. Patient demeanor of Kevin as he had to register several clients w/ different scheduling needs. Prompt courteous service. Report given on current needs for my car (none) and future needs and what to look out for. As a mature woman living alone, I trust the quality of the work performed and feel safe and secure in my vehicle. I would highly recommend this business to anyone, and consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Pacific Motor Service locallly.

Smog check was done quickly and painless. I miss seeing Bob, but otherwise I am happy with my second visit to PMS. Allright maybe Pacific Motor Service might sound better than PMS. LOL. Thx.

Pacfic Motor Service is like no other repair shop I've ever seen. They take the time to explain your car's condition and pride themselves on their service. What repair shop has a newsletter!? They might be a bit pricier than other shops, but they take care of their customers and do quality work for your vehicle.

my car was towed saturday morning to the pacific motor service in pacific grove. it simply wouldn't start. the tow driver suggested replacing the key batteries, which i did, to no avail. pacific motors took my car, no appointment and repaired it within the day. thank you!

All I can say is I love the whole team! The realy stand behind their work! I had a break job that didn't go as planned as they completely redid it with the same amazing wservice aI have grown to love!
