Pacific Motors replaced four tires on my vehicle and aligned all wheels. They discussed the choice of tire and procured the type I wanted at a competitive price. The work was done in a few hours and everything is satisfactory.

Yet again, my Jeep and I received great service at Pac Motor Service in Monterey. I easily scheduled and confirmed my routine service appointment online. I dropped my car and key off in the box, headed to work and received a call that afternoon letting me know that my car was in great shape and ready to be picked up. At which point I remembered I needed a smog check- they were happy to help me and indicated it would only take 20 minutes. I picked up my car after they closed (b/c I work in Salinas) and paid for the service the next day. It was that easy!

I brought in my 1988 RX-7 convertible for routine oil change - lube job service. The service was accomlished in a timely manner. Additional work that was advisable at 120,000 miles of use (fluid changes, tire rotation, etc.) were also taken care of. The car was ready as scheduled for pick-up. I also appreciated the ride to work at the time I dropped the car off.

I was visiting out of town here in Monterey, a malfunction indicator light came on and that same day my car was in the garage being serviced. I had called around and found this was the cheapest place and offered a 3 year warranty----and best of all, the front office person Beau talked me through the process and explained all important aspects of the problem.Many thanks you guys---you really helped me out!
