Everything was great and I have already made multiple recommendations. It makes me feel relieved just knowing that Pacific Motor Services is there. I feel like I can call whenever and be taken care of in an honest, straightforward way. As a female I think I'm automatically set up to be taken advantage of and that is not at all the impression I got from my experience there. I trust that any advice they give me, is an honest opinion with my best interest in mind. I also really appreciated their willingness to work with me and most importantly, my warranty. Once other shops in the area learned that they potentially had to deal with that, they all of a sudden "had to call me back" or they were "really busy at the moment and could I call back tomorrow?"And one last thing and this is no joke- prior to visiting Pacific Motor Services, I had a full, $140 "safety" inspection done by another, local auto body shop who will remain nameless. Susi Auto- ooops, I told! The results of their inspection indicated that among many other bulls**t things, I needed all new front brakes (not cheap). This was determined because the "brake fluid contained a high moisture content and a low boiling poing (point maybe???)" WTF does this mean? Because of this moisture content descrepancy and bad boiling business, they also declared my situation to be "a safety hazard." Thank goodness I didn't have the work done there because Pacific Motor set me straight and provided a REAL, HONEST inspection!!!! TY
