Great work and even better service!

Driving from San Francisco to Carmel, almost to my destination in Carmel Valley , my Drive light started flashing on my 2009 Honda CRV . I pulled off to a safe place and turned off the engine. After 5 minutes when I restarted the car the light did not flash . I certainly did not want to take a chance so called Pacific Motor Service and took it in the next day. What friendly, professional service I received. They diagnosed the problem ( automatic transmission sensor needed replacing) . I came back the following morning and they fixed it,checked all fluids,put air in the tires, ( checking for any nails,etc.) and I was on my way home feeling very secure. The truck would not start, although it would turn over, so it appeared that it was getting fuel. It was diagnosed as a failed fuel pump, and they were able to replace that and the fuel filter that same day.

They do very quick and thorough work. Front desk is very nice personable. Would recommend

I've been a regular customer here and was away for a few years. Kevin and Kyle are still at the top of their game. Got the 50,000 mile service for my VW and they were transparent, informative, on time, and fair. They have upgraded their lobby and it was comfortable to wait. They don't just deliver great auto service, but amazing customer service. Best value for service anywhere! Highly recommend!!

They explained everything in a way a non mechanic could understand. He even drew me a great picture when explaining. That's great service!

We are from Soother California and are in town for a few days. Our car had low tire pressure. I called Kayle and he told me that he would be happy to help. When my wife stopped by, he was waiting already. Within just a few minutes, it is all done. My wife wanted to give him a small tip, but Kayle refused. A really nice experience there. Would highly recommend this business.
