Courteous, trustworthy and reliable. We highly recommend this locally owned business as the quality of service has been top flight. We have taken both our cars - two completely different makes and models - to Pacific Motor Service and have been satisfied each time. There is a lesson to be learned here by larger, more impersonal dealers: Quality and service counts!

My car would not start and I did not have a regular shop for auto repair. I checked AAA's website and saw that Pacific Motors was listed. I called and made arrangements to have my car towed in. They checked my car, told me what was wrong. I had a list of other items that I had neglected to take care of and we discussed what I should get taken care of. Beau arranged for a rental car which was a great relief to me. I now have a car that is in tip top shape, and I know that Pacific Motors will work with me to make sure that my car stays that way.

I was having trouble when I started my car, and Pacific Motor Works was able to take my car immediately, test it and determine what the problem was, and then repair it.

Very good service. I haven't had any problems since my car was fixed in this location.

Were glad were able to help keep your car trouble free. We do not see many comebacks(warranties) and most of that is due to the excellent work of our technicians. Servise Manager, Beau Blackwell

We always feel safe and secure knowing that our car is getting the best possible care with Pacific Motor Services.

Were truly sorry that the prices have changed before. Unfortunately sometimes they go up and other times they go down. There are many different things that cause this.We try to keep them exactly the same but that is not always possible.Thanks again!

Good job, except drums from supplier were not round. After complaining, drums were replaced with new ones quickly and courteously at no charge.

Unfortunately some parts we get do malfunction(defective) and thats why we have the longest warranty in Monterey County(3yrs or 36,000 miles).It doesnt happen often here but it does every once and a blue moon. Service Manager,Beau Blackwell

It is so refreshing to find such excellent customer service, reliability and performance on every level.
