I was visiting my daughter, who is going to shcool in the area. She needed to have some repair work done on her car, so I checked on the internet and found Pacific Motors. I liked the way thier web page looked, and the reviews that I read, so I called and talked to Beau, the service manager, and he was as helpful as could be. I explained what repairs I was needing [a/c compressor replaced, electric window not working properly and a cracked lense in a tail light]; he told me to bring the car in and he would check it out to see exactly what it needed and what it would cost me for the repairs. I had an idea of what the cost would be on the repairs and Beau was able to shop around and get me the best price on the parts. The over all cost of the repairs, while still expensive, were much less that I had been expecting. They got the parts and did the repairs quickly and efficently. I had the car back the next day, and they even detailed it for me so that it was clean and shining when I picked it up. Beau was polite and professinonal and he made me feel confident in the work by explaining the warranty policy to me so that I would know that my repairs were covered in case of a problem in the future. They even had a shuttle that took me back to my hotel and picked me up when the car was done. I feel confident in leaving my daughter here knowing that there is a place she can bring her car for service and repairs that will treat her right and not try to take advantage of her.

I had a dead battery the afternoon before a long trip the next morning. I took it to Pacific Motors and a technician began working on it as soon as the work order was prepared. I was on my way in about a half hour.
