I brought in my vehicle in for an estimate of repair. Unfortunately, I did not pay much attention to the labor estimate I signed and was a bit surprised to learn that it would cost me $268.40 for a 2hr inspection! They found some additional problems with the car: ~$3,000.00 for the repairs needed - not an option on my limited budget so I humbly drove away with a broken wiper switch and no repairs. I learned two things from this experience: 1) Pay attention, 2)Auto inspections are not free! It was an expensive oversight on my part. I vow to pay more attention to labor costs in the future. Nonetheless, thank you Pacific Motors for you exceptional customer service, clean facility, newsletter and the $10.00 discount.Gentle Blessings and Happy Holidays.
Thank you for your feedback. I spoke with Clinton about your situation and he may have a less expensive alternative. If you?re at all interested, please give him a call after the holidays and maybe he can help you with the switch problem without breaking the bank.
Best to you this holiday season
