I came in with a few lights turned on in the dashboard. Rory has great communication skills and explained what the issues were and how they'd fix it in clear detail. Got my Jeep XJ towed here after hours on the holiday weekend. They were able to get it rolled off the street where it was in a 2 hour spot when they opened. They figured out that my distributor cap had broken and got it fixed for $271 total. $216 for diagnosis and 55 for parts. They waived the labor and just included it as part of the diagnosis. Very reasonable. I think they would be my go to mechanic, if I lived in the area. Very friendly and professional.

Just needed a new battery for my old car (2005). A small job, but Kyle took care of it quickly so that I wouldn't be inconvenienced. Friendly and professional service at a fair price. We have always been happy with Pacific Motor Service.
