On a beautiful sunny morning, I jumped into my BMW and I couldn't get the car in gear -- the obvious diagnosis was that the clutch was stuck in my last-century BMW. The Pacific team provided me realistic and honest options based on the symptoms and what we uncovered as work progressed. They took an appropriate amount of time (which I had -- this wasn't my daily driver), didn't jump to conclusions, and worked toward the right repair for the right combination of problems. Together we decided on a plan (I did my research too since the car had a high performance clutch and lightweight racing flywheel) and voila, I now have a fixed and fun BMW that feels completely different (in a very good way) and is a blast to drive (again). Thank you Pacific Motor Service!

It is always a pleasure to work with the staff a Pacific Motors. They make you feel welcome and communicate extremely well about what is to be done. After the service, they provide detailed explanations on any further work they think is needed.

Not cheap, but great service and attention to detail so worth every penny.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Jim. You are correct; we are not the "cheapest" in town, in fact our services are quite a bit more expensive than the cheap guys. We have four ASE certified Master Technicians on our staff, hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of the most up to date, state of the art tools and electronic equipment and the best advisor staff on the planet. We pride ourselves in the details, and understand the quality of information we collect and the way we disseminate it to our clients is the most important part of the process! Great service whether you need a basic oil change or major repair. Quick, courteous and honest service. The repair shop and garage are clean and orderly and reflects the overall excellent job they do. I would recommend Pacific Motor Service without reservation.

I found Pacific Motor Service to be just the right place for me. They take the time to explain the work to be done, the cost and the amount of time it will take. The work that has been done for me in the past has been excellent. No complaints. I now have a sense of confidence with the mechanics and crew at this location.
