I feel safe and supported with Pacific Motor Service. I have a 2005 Prius with over 200k miles. At each oil change, they do a full check of the car and let me know if there’s anything urgent or on the horizon in terms of maintenance and safety. They are thorough and always check if I have any questions. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything.

Kevin and Kyle quickly became some of my favorite people in PG. While only living here a short time, I only got my car serviced here and the quality was exceptional. Their communication was spot on and they were helpful with suggestions for a body shop when I got rear ended. I'll miss Pacific Motors!!

Start to finish, this is a Five Star organization. From the phone call to arrange service to the explanation of the work to be done to the ride to my destination, everything is done with respect and concern for your satisfaction. The people and the quality of service is the best I've received in my 40+ years on the Peninsula.
