I had issues with my car while out of town and had a diagnostic report from another repair shop. I Brought my car into Pacific Coast and they found the issue was wiring damage due to rodents. The cost was significantly lower than what I had been verbally quoted at the out of town repair shop. Kyle was great to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful regarding the issue with my car.

Dropped in to have a low tire pressure light checked out. Kyle, the manager couldn’t have been more accommodating. Discovered it was the spare tire and if I would stopped back in a couple of hours to take care of it. I did and they did…in about 10 min. No hassle, no BS, just plain great, friendly, knowledgable service.

Kyle got on my 2005 Honda Accord electrical problem immediately, overnight parts and completed the next day (Friday!) Quote was exact. As a 70 year old woman, I feel confident and trusting of the service, beginning to end. Also, patience of a saint!!! Thank you Kyle!
