These guys are great! I have been using their services for many years. Kyle was especially helpful in helping an out-of--town relative with a tire issue recently. Customer communication skills are excellent!

I got my tie rod ends replaced here, and Beatrice was super helpful getting my appointment set up. Michael did an awesome job and made sure everything was working perfectly. I’m definitely coming back, if anything goes wrong with my car.

The people at Pacific Motor Service are absolutely incredible. It’s the only business on the Monterey Peninsula that I would ever consider having my car serviced at. They are always timely and professional without being pushy. I hate being upsold for unnecessary services and I’ve never experienced that at Pacific. Thank God I found them.

I had issues with my car while out of town and had a diagnostic report from another repair shop. I Brought my car into Pacific Coast and they found the issue was wiring damage due to rodents. The cost was significantly lower than what I had been verbally quoted at the out of town repair shop. Kyle was great to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful regarding the issue with my car.
