My review is 5 stars but the application wouldn't allow me to select all five... We've been a 10 year plus customer and without exception Pacific Motors has exceeded our expectations. Very professional, good communication tools and always on time! I appreciate the fact that I can drop my car and they will prompt call me to talk about the problem and it will be ready and running well by the time I pick it up!

Had a belt break and Rory was quite accommodating and made the repair happen the same day. Very friendly and professional. I would have no problem using his services again!

Very friendly staff! They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and why they were suggesting certain services. They also found issues I wasn't aware of (new battery, tune-up) and my vehicle feels better than when I bought it.
