Everyone at Pacific Motor Service was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We have found our new go to for all of our Jeep Sahara service needs.

My car was damaged by rodents and it looked like they attacked everything under the hood and parts of the outside. Pacific Motors did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess and in record time. I would highly recommend them. I have used them before and found them to be totally honest about what needed to be done.

Absolutely amazing service and high quality work. Everyone who works there is very nice and they are incredibly upfront and honest about the work they do. I will only ever take my vehicles in here for service as they are timely, honest, and affordable.

I had read reviews about this shop that seemed "too good to be true". First hand experience with them for work on my vintage Toyota Landcruiser has made me a believer. Feels like the proverbial "coming home" to work with Beatrice and Rory and their tech team. Attentive, authentic, honest, skilled and great communicators. At last, the shop that will be home for ALL our vehicles.

I have a 2002 honda accord and the air conditioner went out. Pacific Motor Pacific Grove fixed it. It gets colder then it did when it was brand new.
