I had a check engine light come on. Kyle at Pac Motors very clearly explained the problem to me. I realized that it would fall under my 10yr drive train warranty; so took it to the dealer. The dealer said they would have to run the same diagnostic with their own equipment. Kyle called the dealer and explained the whole issue to them and all the tests they had run. Even though the dealer still insisted on running the tests again, I really appreciate how Kyle advocated for me. I feel he went above and beyond to help a client.

Nice facility with courteous, professional, and friendly service; Kyle was welcoming and patient from booking to payment. The process of handing off was seamless, and service was quick yet thorough. I would definitely recommend this business, as well as bring my Escape back in the future.

Wow! We lost our brakes on the pacific coast highway south of Big Sur. Our tow truck pulled up minutes before they closed and they took our vehicle in and fixed as quickly as possible. They had to order part overnight and got us on our way before the holiday weekend. The staff was super helpful and even took us to our hotel. During the repair they experienced a power outage but took all steps to complete the service Rory provided excellent communication to see this through. So greatful for the service provided

We try our best to make every client feel well taken care of and when we have people who are on vacation show up with their vehicle on the back of a tow truck, we take special care to make sure they are taken care of. I'm glad Kevin (our owner) was able to help you find a hotel and get you there safely. The brake failure on your Highlander was not typical, but I'm glad we were able to get you on the road in just a few days!

Great people and great service. I’m writing this to express my appreciation to the staff. (especially Rory and Jim) I was having a short stay in Monterey on my road trip when I found there was somethings wrong with one of the tires. Rory and Jim ran a free inspection and inflated the tire for me. They are professional and kind.
