Easy on-line appointment scheduling, on time reminders for the appointment. Clear check-in process with a review of work expected to be done and expected completion time. Promised phone call with report of additional work that is recommended now or later OR announcement that all work is completed and the car is ready to pick up. Always competent repairs and inspections by experienced mechanics -- they respect the love I have for my car.

We needed an emergency diagnostic because we were on vacation in Big Sur and realized our car was leaking oil. They got us in and fixed the problem. Great staff and service!

Hello Shannon, we were happy to help! Thanks to AAA you were able to locate us and avert a potential disaster. As it is the differential drain plug on your Subaru only needed tightening, but had you delayed for long it may have become disastrous! Nice job being proactive!! I hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation and made it home safely.
