Great customer service! Resolved my vehicles issues, and gave me a 3yr. 36k mile warranty on parts and repairs. No hassle or over charge like the dealer. Gonna star bringing all my cars to Pacific Motors. Very pleased!!!

Super polite and helpful, really clear in explaining what went wrong and always ask for permissions for working. I was in contact with Rory and he is superb, top notch frontman. He is really helping me to understand the problems with my car. I really glad to bring my car here

On my way to an appointment, my car developed a very scary metal on metal scraping sound. I immediately turned around, slowly drove back home, and called roadside assistance. I had the car towed to Pacific Motor Service which is less than a mile from my house. Within a short while, the problem was diagnosed and repaired at a minimal cost (a bent brake backplate!) So glad I had my car towed to my neighborhood mechanic instead of the dealership!
