The service was good and the man at the counter was friendly and professional. I deducted a little because I had to wait half an hour before my car was taken in.

Had to replace the transmission in our Honda Odyssey, but Kevin explained all of our options so that we could make the best decision possible. Kevin and the entire staff was very professional and honest throughout the experience. In addition to the repairs, they polished our headlights - that were definitely in need of a good cleaning. After being in the military for many years, we almost always used the service stations on base; mainly due to convenience. Given our experience at Pacific Motors, we'll definitely use them again for any of our auto repairs.

My wife Diane and I take all three of our cars (1951 Morris Minor, 1999 Subaru Forester, and 2004 Mazda Miata in for service at Pacific Motor Service. They were recommended by our neighbor and they have lived up to their reputation with her. They are honest, qualified, reasonable, and do very good work. I cannot imagine taking any of our cars anywhere else. They are also located close to our home, so that is a convenient factor. I would recommend Kevin and his auto repair service to anyone. They will not be disappointed.

Professional, knowledgeable, met cost estimates and delivered serviced car back at the agreed upon time. Appreciated alerting me to a deteriorating safety problem (front suspension) and their ability to fix it in a very reasonable time. Not only is the shop location is close to my home, but the pricing is 10-15% less costly than the competition on Del Monte Avenue per my experience.

Wonderful service and personnel! I completely trust all the repairs made by the Pacific Grove center. They are prompt to return calls, always find a way to work me in for an appointment, complete the work in a timely manner, always stick to the estimates they give, go over thoroughly any and all repairs made at the time of pick up,and most importantly, my car always runs better and the problems are resolved. I would not take my car any place else. Highly recommend this shop!
