I rely on PMS to keep my '92 in good running order. It's not always easy getting parts for a discontinued Eagle Summit Wagon. They go the extra mile. Because they promised to get my car back the same day, they stayed till 6 pm.

I ordered some aftermarket wheels for my 2004 Mustang. Made the appointment with Kevin and he quickly & efficiently put me on his books for the next Monday at 8 am. Stefany received me Monday however which was no big deal. She mentioned the service would take an hour and asked if I would like a ride home, I accepted. Special thanks to all at P.M.S for a speedy, professional, thorough job ! I even got a compliment on looks of my new wheels...

As usual, the customer service was excellent. Although I had to have far more work done on the car than I had hoped, Kevin was patient and clear in his explanation of what needed to be done and he did not pressure me at all. He was clear about what was for safety and performance and why. Plus he went out of his way to accommodate our difficulty in picking up the car by having it dropped off at the house.

Calm, personal, clear, thorough. They promptly emailed and texted important information about a repair that needed to be done. They recommended a list of other important maintenance work. I chose some to be done now, and the rest I was going to leave for the next 5k check up, but later I called back and asked for all the work to be done. No problem. It was all done before close of business.
