The personal attention to our X5 was what we really needed. Great prices and washing the car afterwards is a nice treat. I will bring the X5 back to Pacific Motor Service from now on. Prices were better than originally quoted, too.

I checked with my BMW dealer who said you did an excellent job of installing my new tire. Your service was great. I felt well taken care of. My only complaint is that I wasn't told that the tire was not the same as my other tires even though the same brand.
