We always take the van and car to Pacific Motors located on Forest Hill in Pacific Grove. Kevin and his crew have always been HONEST & HELPFUL and have worked with us when it comes to repairing our automobiles. Kevin has integrity and takes pride in his company and the work that they do. We have never had any problems,we refer all of our friends/family to them for the big issues and the small tiny repairs too. At Pacific Motors I know that what I am paying for is what I am really getting!

When Pacific Motor Service took over from the previous Forest Hill Auto, I had some concerns over a possble "dropoff" in service level. Not to worry. The service is as good, the friendly atmosphere continues, and honesty is still imprtant here. With that in mind, why would you take a car anywhere else?

I am very impressed with the customer service and workmanship provided. I've found my family car mechanics! It can be hard, as everyone knows, to find a place where one can feel secure in the abilities of the work as well as honesty and integrity. Pacific Motor Service has it all. I was actually introduced to people who worked on my cars! When does that happen!? This time Jim was my service consultant and he was great. Brandon provided transportation home after I dropped off the car. These folks are happy people. It is a pleasure to bring my cars in. Thank you! This is a clean, friendly, family run shop that operates in an honest and informative manner. The service team always provides me with explanations of what is happening with the car and what options are available, which helps me make informed decisons. They strike a good balance between safety and value in pursuing repair options. Services are slightly more expesive than others, but to me well worth the peace of mind and respectful treatment I get as a female. I dread going to any other repair place.

I've been going to Pacific Motor Service since it really was on Pacific Street in Monterey at least 30 years ago and have always preferred an independent garage over the dealership ones. I still have no reason to change.
