My truck "check engine" light was on and I had to move some horses ASAP. PMS took me in right away, diagnosed a tricky problem (evidently nothing wrong with the trucks systems?rats had eaten through some cabling) and fixed it that very day so that I could hit the road with confidence. I was impressed with the prompt response to my online appt request for the same day. Pacific Motors called to confirm my appt. within an hour. The entire smog test only took about 10 mins! Highly recommended.

I really liked how everyone was so friendly and professional. The staff was dressed nice and the space was so clean and inviting (water, tv, couch, etc.) I liked the free inspection day too, that is what got me hooked! Great business model- I have found my new mechanic!
