Very helpful and knowledgeable gentlemen when my car broke down. Will definitely be my go to mechanic in the future. Thought it would have been fair to waive the day of storage fee given everything, but maybe I need to be a return customer before something like that.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a nice review. Unfortunately we could not save your Kia's engine, but hopefully the manufacture's warranty will cover the loss. As for the storage, the vehicle was on the lot for several days and Kyle only charged one day of storage. I assure you as we build a relationship with you, many more concessions will be made.

They are all awesome at Pacific Motor. I made an appointment to have several things done. Both Kyle and Kevin were courteous, friendly and professional both on the phone and when I arrived. Long story short, they fixed all the things we needed done and in a very timely manner.
